Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will get an overview of current trends and methods used in the field of work and organizational psychology. Passing the course will provide a more comprehensive understanding of this area. It will support competence to act as an expert in various relevant application areas of work and organizational psychology.
Grades are awarded as follows:
A = 94-100 points = 1
B = 86-93 points = 1.5
C = 76-85 points = 2
D = 66-75 points = 2.5
E = 56-65 points = 3
FX = 0 - 55 points = 4

2. Selected current aspects and characteristics of work.
3. Specific areas of application of work and organizational psychology and possibilities of application.
