Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The content of this subject is the specific legal problems as well as the new legal relationships that arise in the current information society (especially in the Internet), to which the legal sciences must respond adequately.
The main aim of the subject is to provide students with a training course focused on individual legal aspects of the current information society.
Course contents:
1. Introduction to the law of information technologies, basic concepts, sources of information technology law
2. Internet, Internet development and Internet law
3. Relationship between individual ICT areas
4. The system of Internet law
5. E-commerce
6. Consumer protection on the Internet
7. Protecting the personality on the Internet and on social networks
8. Intellectual property law on the Internet (copyright on the Internet and industrial property rights in the area of cyberpriestor)
9. The e-government
10. Privacy on the Internet
11. Internet Ethics
