Assessment methods:
Active participation in seminars, during the semester students elaborate a case study on a given topic, which they present. Case study, presentation, and active participation make up 40%
and written exam 60% of the total evaluation of the subject.
Individual grades of the credit system qualification scale are awarded on the basis of scoring, which reflects the degree of success of the course completion as follows:
A = 94 - 100 points = 1
B = 86 - 93 points = 1.5
C = 76 - 85 points = 2
D = 66 - 75 points = 2.5
E = 56 - 65 points = 3
FX = 0 - 55 points = 4
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Learning outcomes of the course unit To acquaint students with principles, procedures, and problems of e-business, its particular forms, elements, and links. The main emphasis will be put on understanding the practical aspects of the issue in relation to individual forms of business and their ways of securing in economic, security and legal terms. An integral part of the course is to clarify the role of new media and how to use them in various forms of e-business. During the semester, students will gain theoretical knowledge and especially practical experience of using the Internet for business support, both in terms of marketing and the possibility of using business support funds.

2. Development and use of electronic business
3. Types and forms of electronic business, characteristics of basic systems and elements
4. Electronic business in the international environment
5. The importance and use of online marketing in the e-business environment
6. Social networks and their use in e-business
7. The sharing economy in the context of e-business
8. Electronic banking and electronic payment systems
9. Security of e-commerce, risks of e-commerce, the security of communication insecure and unsecured networks
10. Customer legal protection in e-commerce, GDPR
11. Electronic commerce in international financial markets, markets and exchanges, electronic supply
12. Economic-legal aspects of e-commerce, European contractual aspects
