Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The goal is to establish a general and historical knowledge of the law and to provide students with a comprehensive theoretical, methodological and content basis for the acquisition of the Slovak civil law with the necessary links to the traditions of European legal culture, including EC law (EU). Mediation of knowledge is built on a block system, consisting of: System integration of Slovak civil rights to the private law, respectively. to the legal system in general, including the criteria on which the system is built, and an internal system of civil law, the fundamental values ​​and methodological basis of civil law (principles and methods of civil control) the basic institutes used as a basis of legal structures (civil relationship and its elements and civil facts) critical specific institutional pillars of civil rights, which include: ownership, contract and contract law, liability.
