Assessment methods:
Individual grades of the credit system scale are assigned on the basis of scoring, which reflects the degree of success of the course participant as follows:
In order to obtain the grade A it is necessary to obtain at least 94 points, to obtain the grade B at least 86 points, to obtain grade C at least 76 points, to obtain grade D at least 66 points and to obtain grade E at least 56 points. Credits will not be awarded to a student who receives less than 50 percent of a written review.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the course students should be able to have sufficient knowledge of basic functions of human resources management. Students will acquire the ability of their practical application.
Students will also gain knowledge in the field of:
human resource management, job analysis and job design, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, adaptation, placement and release of employees, training and development, career management, performance evaluation, employee remuneration, working relationships and quality of working life, corporate culture, personnel activities and their organization, personnel skills
