Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student will gain knowledge relating to labour relations and to respective labour law concepts. They will be able to interpret and apply labour law legislation correctly in practice.
 
Course contents:
1. Individual labour law (discipline, working time, working conditions of specific groups of employees, safety and health at work, liabality for damages etc.)
2. Collective labour law (collective agreements, collective bargaining, resolution of collective disputes)
